1. Using Kidsquare
The games and activities on this site are open to use with no account and no charge. An optional account exists only so that progress and household boards can follow you between devices; you are responsible for keeping its sign-in details secure.
2. What is for sale, and how you pay
We sell print-ready files in the shop, and packages for schools, companies and resellers priced through a written quotation. Payment is by transfer to the company bank account, with the transfer slip sent back to us; we do not accept cards and we never ask for card details. Prices in the shop include tax; quotation prices are before 7% VAT.
3. Refunds
Printable files are delivered digitally and cannot be returned once sent. If a file is faulty, unreadable or not what the page described, tell us and we will replace it or refund it. Organisation packages follow the terms written on the quotation itself.
4. Acceptable use
Kidsquare is a closed learning environment with no chat and no strangers. Please do not attempt to circumvent its safety features. A printable bought for one family or one school may be reprinted freely inside it, but not resold or redistributed outside it — resale needs a partner agreement.
5. Content and intellectual property
All games, artwork, characters (including the Kidsquare Bear) and curriculum are the property of Kidsquare Co., Ltd. Anything your family or your class creates stays yours.

Kidsquare supports learning and cognitive wellness. The assessments on this site are screening and reflection tools, not diagnoses: Kidsquare is not a medical device and is not a substitute for professional advice.
